基于西部民族地区扶贫产业可持续发展的地域品牌特色培育对策——以甘肃省临夏回族自治州康乐县为例

摘要:
西部民族地区扶贫产业的可持续发展是进一步推动乡村振兴的重要基础。扶贫产业的地域品牌特色形成则是扶贫产业高质量发展和可持续发展的根本保证。西部民族地区因其受到特有的自然条件、人文特色、民族特点等因素影响,而与中东部地区的产业发展环境条件具有很大的不同。总体上看西部地区产业发展较东部地区竞争上处于被动地位,但是西部少数民族地区产业发展具有一定的地域特色。以甘肃省临夏回族自治州康乐县扶贫产业发展的模式为例,探索西部民族地区扶贫产业可持续发展与形成地域品牌特色之间相互促进的策略方法。

Abstract:
The sustainable development of poverty alleviation industry in western minority areas is an important basis for promoting rural revitalization. The formation of regional brand characteristics of poverty alleviation industry is the fundamental guarantee of high quality and sustainable development of poverty alleviation industry. Due to its unique natural conditions, cultural characteristics, national characteristics and other factors, the western ethnic regions are very different from the industrial development environment conditions in the central and eastern regions. On the whole, the industrial development in the western region is in a passive position compared with the competition in the eastern region, but the industrial development in the western minority regions has certain regional characteristics. Taking the development model of poverty alleviation industry in Kangle County of Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture in Gansu Province as an example, this paper explores strategies and methods of mutual promotion between the sustainable development of poverty alleviation industry and the formation of regional brand characteristics in western ethnic regions.
