污泥与秸秆共热解制备生物炭研究进展

摘要:
热解是实现农业废弃物资源清洁、高效利用的重要技术。将污泥与秸秆混合共热解是生物质资源利用的重要方法,两者混合热解制备生物炭不仅能同时处理两种数量庞大的农业废弃物,还能有效解决能源短缺和环境污染带来的问题。本文章综述了污泥与秸秆共热解制备生物炭的研究进展,介绍了共热解产物污泥-秸秆炭对土壤的改良和吸附炭的利用。以及热解温度、混合比例、停留时间、升温速率、催化剂添加、等热解工艺对污泥-秸秆炭的影响,并对污泥与秸秆共热解技术的发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract:
Pyrolysis is an important technology to realize the clean and efficient utilization of agricultural waste resources. Co-pyrolysis of sludge and straw is an important method for the utilization of biomass resources. The mixed pyrolysis of the two to prepare biochar can not only treat two large amounts of agricultural waste at the same time, but also effectively solve energy shortages and environmental pollution. The problem. This article reviews the research progress of co-pyrolysis of sludge and straw to prepare biochar, and introduces the use of co-pyrolysis product sludge-straw char on soil improvement and adsorption charcoal. As well as the influence of pyrolysis temperature, mixing ratio, residence time, heating rate, catalyst addition, and other pyrolysis processes on sludge-straw charcoal, the development prospects of sludge and straw co-pyrolysis technology are prospected.
