防治小麦纹枯病杀菌剂组合筛选及其防效初步研究

摘要:
为了探讨氟唑环菌胺和戊唑醇杀菌剂组合应用于小麦纹枯病的可行性,进行了不同氟唑环菌胺和戊唑醇杀菌剂组合对小麦纹枯病病菌的毒力和防效研究。结果表明,氟唑环菌胺和戊唑醇杀菌剂组合对小麦纹枯病菌的抑菌效果有促进作用,其中以氟唑环菌胺和戊唑醇配比为1:5时抑菌效果最佳。用10%氟唑环菌胺?戊唑醇悬浮种子包衣和20%氟唑环菌胺?戊唑醇悬浮剂喷雾配合使用时小麦的纹枯病病株率和病情指数最低,对小麦纹枯病的防效达91.89%。

Abstract:
In order to explore the feasibility of the fungicide combination of Sedaxane and Tebuconazole for the wheat sharp eyespot, the virulence and control –efficiency of different fungicide combination of Sedaxane and Tebuconazole were studied. The results showed that the fungicide combination of Sedaxane and Tebuconazole could promote the antibacterial effect of wheat sharp eyespot. The antibacterial effect was best when the ratio of Sedaxane and Tebuconazole was 1:5. The diseased plant rate and disease index of wheat were the lowest when 10% Sedaxane ? Tebuconazole suspension seed coating and 20% Sedaxane ? Tebuconazole suspension spray were used, and the control –efficiency of wheat sharp eyespot was 91.89%.
