林学专业生物信息学课程改革初探

摘要:
近年来,测序技术的飞速发展使得生物信息学在林业生命科学领域的研究变得更加重要。作为近年来才飞速发展的新兴学科,生物信息学的教学模式还有待进一步完善,特别是在林学专业的教学中存在一些亟待解决的问题,例如合格师资、专业教材、及教学资源的匮乏等。针对这些存在的问题本研究提出了与之对应的改革思路,旨在提高林业专业学生对生物信息学的学习热情、提升教师的教学水平,为培养能够适应现代林业发展的综合人才提供建议。

Abstract:
With the rapid development of sequencing technology, bioinformatics has become more and more important in the field of life science such as forestry. As an emerging discipline that has developed rapidly in recent years, the teaching mode of bioinformatics needs to be further improved that there are some urgent problems to be solved, especially in the teaching of forestry majors. For example, lack of qualified teachers, lack of professional textbooks, and lack of teaching resources. In view of these existing problems, this study proposes corresponding reform ideas. It aims to increase the enthusiasm of forestry students in learning bioinformatics, improve the teaching level
