不同储藏方式的党参活性成分与气温因子相关性研究

摘要:
目的:探讨党参品质与储藏气温的相关性,为党参储藏提供依据。方法:采用测定党参水分、浸出物、苍术内酯的含量,同时记录气温因子,应用SPSS软件对不同储藏方式的党参含量和气温因子进行单因素方差分析,相关性分析,寻找适宜储藏方式和气温因子。结果:通过方差分析得出,浸出物气调储藏方式较好,优于常规密封和自然存放。 结论:通过相关性分析得出,在一定范围内,温度越高,水分越高。

Study on the correlation between active components and temperature factors of Codonopsis pilosula in different Storage methods

Abstract:
Objective: to explore the correlation between the quality of Codonopsis pilosula and storage temperature, and to provide evidence for the storage of Codonopsis pilosula. Methods: the content of Codonopsis pilosula moisture, extract and Atractylodes macrocephala was determined, and the air temperature factor was recorded at the same time. The variance analysis of Codonopsis pilosula content and air temperature factor in different storage methods was carried out by SPSS software, and the correlation analysis was carried out to find the suitable storage mode and air temperature factor.Results: the results of variance analysis showed that the controlled atmosphere storage mode of the extract was better than that of conventional sealing and natural storage. Through correlation analysis, it is concluded that in a certain range, the higher the temperature, the higher the moisture content.
