正交试验优化野生猕猴桃中维生素C的提取工艺

摘要:
[目的] 优选野生野生猕猴桃中维生素C(以下简称Vc)提取工艺,为有效利用野生野生猕猴桃中的Vc提供基础。[方法] 以Vc含量为评价指标,先后考察提取液pH值、料液比、超声提取时间对野生猕猴桃中Vc提取效果的影响。[结果] 野生猕猴桃中Vc提取效果最好的提取工艺条件为提取液pH为4,料液比1:12,超声提取时间35min。[结论] 得到的野生猕猴桃中Vc提取工艺,稳定性良好,为今后野生猕猴桃Vc含量提取提供基础。

Optimization of vitamin C in wild kiwifruit by orthogonal text

Abstract:
[Objective] Optimize the extraction process of vitamin C(hereinafter referred to as Vc) in wild kiwifruit to provide a basis for the effective use of Vc in wild kiwifruit. [Methods] Using Vc content as the evaluation index, the effects of pH, ratio and ultrasonic extraction time on the extraction effect of Vc in wild kiwifruit were investigated. [Result] The best extraction process for Vc in wild kiwifruit is pH 4, feed ratio 1:12, and ultrasonic extraction time 35 min. [Conclusion] The extraction technology of Vc in wild kiwifruit has good stability and provides a basis for the extraction of Vc content of wild kiwifruit in the future.
