松花江干流佳木斯段COD和氨氮动态实际水环境容量研究

摘要:
针对松花江流域水环境容量季节性变化的情况,在动态的水文设计条件下,基于二维岸边排放模型,采用段尾控制法,对松花江佳木斯段COD和NH<sub>3</sub>-N的实际水环境容量进行了数值计算与分析,为松花江水环境管理和保护提供基础理论依据。结果表明:松花江佳木斯段COD和NH<sub>3</sub>-N实际水环境容量的变化趋势相似,NH<sub>3</sub>-N波动幅度大于COD的波动幅度;实际水环境容量季节性变化较大,丰水期最大,枯水期最小,应实施动态的管理。

Abstract:
Based on the seasonal variations of water environmental capacity in Songhua River, the COD and NH<sub>3</sub>-N actual environmental capacity of Songhua River Jiamusi section was calculated and analyzed by two-dimensional side-discharge model under dynamic hydrological design conditions, using section-ending control method, which supplied theoretical accordance for water environmental management and protection of Songhua River.The results showed that the variation trend of COD and NH<sub>3</sub>-N actual environmental capacity was similar in Songhua River Jiamusi section, and the fluctuation range of NH<sub>3</sub>-N was greater than that of COD. Seasonal difference of the capacity was obvious, the maximum and minimum value of the COD and NH<sub>3</sub>-N actual environmental capacity appeared in flood season and dry season respectively .Dynamic management should be implemented in Songhua River.
