气相色谱-质谱联用法测定诱虫烯混剂中有效成分含量

摘要:
[ 目的 ] 建立一种气相色谱-质谱联用法对含诱虫烯混剂进行分析的方法。[ 方法 ] 采用石英毛细管色谱柱HP-5 MS( 30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm )和质谱( EI 离子源 ),SIM 模式。[ 结果 ] 诱虫烯与异构体分离良好,在质量浓度0.05 ug/ml~0.009 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998。平均回收率在89.8-101.5 %之间,相对偏差在2.0 %。[ 结论 ] 该方法简便、分离效果好、准确、重现性好,可用于诱虫烯混剂的定量检测。

Abstract:
[Aims] The (Z)-9-Tricosene in pesticide mixture was analyzed by GC-MS. [Methods] The sample was analyzed with HP-5MS quartz capillary column (30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm) and GC-MS (EI). [Results] Results showed isomers were well separated. The linear relationship was good from 0.05 ug/ml to 0.009 mg/ml, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999. The average recovery was between 89.8 % and 101.5 %, and the relative standard deviation was 2.0 %. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of simple, good separation, high accurate and reproducible. It could be used determination muscalure in the mixtures.
