生物炭对土壤中重金属去除效果的主要影响因素探讨

摘要:
我国土壤重金属污染严重,生物炭因其特殊的理化性质,能够有效治理该污染。该文综述了影响生物炭去除效果的主要因素及其影响机制。不同原料制得生物炭具有不同理化性质,主要体现在比表面积的差异。农作物废料简单易得,制得生物炭修复效果显著,可作为最佳原料。制备温度和改性条件影响生物炭的比表面积、孔隙结构、碱性官能团等特性。其制备温度宜取600~700?℃,宜采用高锰酸钾改性法。生物炭施用量和配合施用材料主要影响土壤pH。其施用量宜控制在5%以内,配合施用材料宜选取碱性矿物材料(强碱性矿物质材料除外)和畜禽粪便类有机肥(猪粪肥除外)。

Discussion on the main influencing factors of biochar’s removal of heavy metals in soil

Abstract:
The heavy metal pollution of soils in China is serious, and biochar can effectively deal with that kind of pollution because of its special physical and chemical properties. However, the repairing effect of biochar is affected by many factors. Based on many researches, that paper reviews the main factors and its influencing mechanism. Biochar produced from different raw materials has different physical and chemical properties, which is mainly reflected in the difference of specific surface area. Crop waste can be used as the best biochar raw material because it is easy to obtain and the biochar made of it has remarkable repair effect. The preparation temperature and modification conditions of biochar affect its properties such as specific surface area, pore structure and basic functional groups. The preparation temperature of the biochar should be controlled within the range of 600-700?°C, and the potassium permanganate modification method can be adopted. The amount of biochar applied and the application materials mainly affect the soil pH. The application amount of biochar should be controlled within 5%. It is advisable to select alkaline mineral materials (except strong alkaline mineral materials) and livestock and manure organic fertilizers (except for pig manure).
