高效液相色谱法测定莱芜花椒籽油中的没食子酸丙酯

摘要:
建立了花椒籽油中没食子酸丙酯的高效液相测定方法。样品经凝胶渗透色谱净化、浓缩后,用C18柱为分离柱分离,以0.5%甲酸水-甲醇为流动相(体积比为1:1),柱温35℃,紫外检测器在波长280nm条件下检测。结果显示,没食子酸丙酯在0.02-0.40 mg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,R=0.9996,峰面积相对标准偏差为 2.09%(n=6),平均加标回收率为98.55%。该方法简便,准确,有好的重复性,适合检测机构日常检测。

Abstract:
A method for determination of propyl gallate (PG) in Prickly ash seed oil was developed by high performance liquid chromatography. The samples were purified by gel permeation chromatography. The liquid chromatographic separation was performed on a C18 column.The mobile phase was 0.5% formic acid-methanol (1:1) with column temperature 35℃,and lastly detected at 280 nm through a UV detector.Results showed that the calibration curve was well linear between 0.02~0.40 mg/mL with the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.9996. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.09%, and the average recovery was 98.55%. The method is simple, accurate with good repeatability,and suitable for routine testing.
