中华鲟免疫分子CD22的克隆及生物信息学挖掘

摘要:
[目的]研究中华鲟免疫分子CD22的结构及其可能对应的功能。 [方法]克隆中华鲟CD22 cDNA(CsCD22),进行生物信息学分析,根据结构推测功能。 [结果]成功克隆中华鲟CD22 cDNA序列,该序列全长1748 bp,包含一个1169 bp的开放阅读框,共编码389个氨基酸,包含三个Ig超家族结构域和三个潜在的N-糖基化位点。[结论]中华鲟CD22分子具有高度保守的结构特征,推测其具有与其他动物CD22分子相似的免疫学功能。

Cloning and Bioinformatics Study of Immunomolecule CD22 from Acipenser sinensis

Abstract:
[Objective] To study the structure and possible functions of CD22, an immune molecule of Acipenser sinensis. [Method] The CD22 gene of Acipenser sinensis (CsCD22) was cloned and analyzed by bioinformatics. [Result] The CD22 gene sequence of Acipenser sinensis was cloned successfully. It is 1748 bp in length and contains an open reading frame of 1169 bp, encoding 389 amino acids, including three Ig superfamily domains and three potential N-glycosylation sites. [Conclusion] The CD22 molecule of Acipenser sinensis has highly conserved structural characteristics, and it is presumed that it has similar immunological functions to CD22 molecule of other animals.
