浅谈青稞加工工艺的现状和发展对策

摘要:
随着现代社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,食品安全越来越受重视,同时,食品加工领域受到了高度关注。青稞(裸大麦)是世界上最古老的作物之一,是西藏第一大粮食作物,也是西藏最具优势的特色作物。青稞是影响西藏自治区农业发展、人民生活水平提高和社会稳定的基本因素,本文针对青稞加工工艺的现状进行探讨,并提出相应的发展对策。

Development Status and Countermeasures of highland barley processing technology

Abstract:
With the development of modern social economy and people"s living standards, food safety is more and more attention. At the same time, People has received the attention to food processing field. Highland barley (naked barley) is one of the oldest plants in the world. It is also the first major food crops of Tibet, and it is the most dominant features of Tibet crops. Barley is the Tibet autonomous region agricultural development and improve people"s living standard and social stability of the basic factors. In this paper, the current situation of highland barley processing technology is discussed, and corresponding development countermeasures are put forward.
